Your ad performance data is not stored on HYPD servers. Data is fetched in real time to answer your questions, then discarded.
What HYPD retains
- Account identifiers — so we can show your connected accounts.
- OAuth tokens — encrypted, read-only access credentials.
- Chat history — conversations you've had in the HYPD app (deletable anytime).
Delete a chat and the data fetched within it is removed with it.
Does HYPD train AI on my data?
No. Your data is never used to train AI models. Third-party LLMs are used strictly for inference (answering your questions), with no training on your data and no data retention for model improvement.
How do I delete my data?
- Delete a chat — removes the conversation and all fetched data within it.
- Disconnect an account — removes the OAuth tokens and account identifiers.
- Delete your HYPD account — removes all associated data.
