How do you connect my ad accounts? Through official Google and Meta API connections with OAuth — encrypted, secure, read-only. See "Is It Safe to Connect My Ad Accounts to HYPD?"

Why do I need to select an advertiser account, not my MCC? HYPD analyzes individual advertiser accounts; your MCC is just an access layer. See "I Don't See My Ad Accounts".

Can I analyze multiple accounts? Yes. In Claude you can compare several accounts using Projects. See "Working with Multiple Ad Accounts in Claude".

Does it matter whether my account is ecommerce or lead generation? No — HYPD works with both.

Safety & data

Can HYPD make changes to my account? No. HYPD is read-only; it provides recommendations for you to implement. See "Is HYPD Read-Only?"

Do you store my campaign data? No — data is fetched in real time and discarded. Only account identifiers, encrypted OAuth tokens, and chat history are stored. See "What Data Does HYPD Store?"

Are my clients informed when I connect their accounts? Connecting uses your own Google/Meta login permissions and is read-only. Whether and how to inform clients is up to you — many agencies include it in their tooling disclosures. Their data stays protected under HYPD's GDPR-compliant, read-only model.

How do I revoke access? From your Google Account permissions or the Ad Platforms page in HYPD. See "How Do I Revoke HYPD's Access?"
